4. Shipping Carriers

5. Shipping Fees

6. Order Tracking

   7.2 Vastowo LLC is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
   7.3 If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
   8.1 If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the package and product.
   8.2 If your package is lost during transit, please contact us promptly so we can assist in working with the shipping carrier.
